Booking

All journeys are arranged on an inquiry basis. A booking is confirmed only when TravelLuxuria issues a written confirmation and the agreed deposit or payment has been received.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, secure payment links and international bank transfer. Quoted prices are per party and include vehicle, fuel, tolls and parking unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation

Cancellations more than seven days before departure are refunded in full. Within seven days a partial fee applies. Specific terms accompany each confirmation.

Changes and delays

Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, traffic, closures or safety. Where a scheduled highlight cannot be visited, an equivalent alternative is offered.

Conduct and liability

Guests are asked to follow local law and the reasonable instructions of guides and chauffeurs. Vehicles are fully insured. TravelLuxuria is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
